The H20 wooden girder is the basic component of ceiling formwork and specialized wall formwork. Depending on the application, it can work in a horizontal or vertical position. It is designed to transfer point or line loads in a direction parallel to the web. It is made of a sandwich panel beam with an I-section, 20 cm high and 8 cm wide. The ends of the spar can be secured with tips made of hard plastic, which act as shock absorbers.
